Welcome to September! The first week of school is in the books and the children are settling nicely into their new rooms with their new teachers. We are excited for another wonderful month of learning, growing, and making memories at Little Blossom Early Education.

Throughout September, our children will explore some fun themes: I Am Special Because I’m Me, We Are Family, Life in the Forest, The Magic of Autumn and Community Citizenship.

September important dates include:

 

• September 4 – Please bring in a baby picture of your child. Photos will be returned!

• September 7 – Labor Day Holiday – LBEE Closed

• September 10–11 – Class & Individual School Photos 📸

• September 13 – 🎂 Happy Birthday, Mr. Kevin!

• September 14 – Fitness Fun Bus begins 🚌

• September 15 – Ms. Priscilla begins

• September 17 – Music with Lindsey begins 🎵

• September 18 – Soccer Shots begins ⚽

• September 23–24 – Apple Picking Days 🍎

• September 30 – Officer Friendly visits at 9:30 a.m. 👮

For special event or party days, children who attend part-time will celebrate on their regularly scheduled day. Children who attend full-time will celebrate on the first day of the event.

 

Please make sure your child's record are up to date:

• Children under 2: updated shot records​​​​​

• Ages 2-5: current physical

• Kindergarten - bound campers: Kindergarten physical form

Please remember: 

• Arrival time is 8:30 a.m. - Arriving on time helps our students start their day calmly and stay in routine. Late arrivals can be disruptive to our morning activities.

• Please dress your child appropriately - We'll head outdoors daily for fresh air and playtime.

• Please remember to label everything - Diapers, pull-ups, wipes, extra clothes, etc. We have lots of matching gear throughout the seasons, so labeling helps us return items to the right child.

Show and Tell is on Friday, or the last day of the week your child attends. Please limit your child's choice to one show and tell. Please NO cloth/stuffed animals.

We asked that all children stay home if they have the following symptoms: Cough/Sore Throat, Runny nose that is green or yellow in color, Loose stool, A temperature of 100.3 or higher, vomitting, unkown rash.
